Residential Infill Development Rebate Initiative Application Form

To be eligible for an Infill Development Rebate the applicant must meet the following requirements:

1. Be the property owner(s)
2. Infill development project is located on unused or underutilized land located within an existing urban developed area.
3. The land must be previously, or currently, serviced by the City Utility (water/sewer).
4. Eligible for one rebate per year, or at the discretion of the City Manager

Verification and Approval

City Administration will review each application to ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria and rebates will be disbursed to eligible developers upon issuance of the final occupancy permit for the complete infill development project.
