We are pleased to offer this new efficient, eco-friendly service for our water customers. Those who sign up will receive their water bills by email (PDF version) rather than by mail. To sign up, please provide the information below.  To ensure your water bill gets to your inbox set up the following email address to your safe senders list on your email account: utilityclerk@city-plap.com.
