Changes to the Water Preauthorized Payment Plan / Monthly Payment Plan

Please complete section 1 and section 2 or 3 to make changes to your existing Water / Utility Payment Plan.  All changes require two weeks notification prior to the next payment date.

Once the plan is cancelled, all unpaid water notices become due and payable and are subject to penalties.
